What type events do you cater?
Office Parties, Corporate Events, Weddings, Fundraisers, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Tailgate Parties, Doctor’s Offices, Black Tie and many more. There is no type event that we haven’t had the opportunity to be a part of.
How early should I contact a caterer?
The earlier the better. Certainly the caterer should be the first contacted when putting together an event. The caterer handles events all the time and can save you money on rentals, set ups and venues
What services do you provide other than food?
We can provide services ranging from just dropping off the food, to full service plated. We also offer planning services to assist you with your rentals, staffing, venues, flowers, etc.
Do you just serve southern style menus?
Our catering expertise extends way beyond the style food we serve in our café. Take a look at our Galleries to see the type events and also check out our extensive catering menus. We can customize any menu especially for you.
How do I decide on a menu?
If you have a theme or genre of food in mind we can fill in the blanks. We do many events each year. We can show you other menus we have done and guide you. What your menu will be is also guided by the budget you have set for the event or wedding.
How about pricing?
After we meet we will have established a per person budget with you that meets your budget and allows us to offer the food you require for the event.
Can I taste/try my menu selections before deciding?
We will work with you to plan a tasting. We know you will have a tough time deciding.
Will you hold my date for me?
A date can be held with a deposit
Do I need to sign a contract?
A signed contract is requested along with a deposit to confirm your date. Terms are negotiable depending upon the event.
How do I place an order for an office or corporate event?
The best way to contact us is by the contact form from the website…if you are a repeat corporate/office client you may just email us your order and we will confirm immediatley. For full service events, please fill out the inquiry form and allow 2-5 days for us to contact you. You may also call 615-293-1128 and speak with Aimee our Director of Catering.
